摘  要:老年护理是高职高专护理专业的核心课程,在授课过程中运用体验式教学模式,让护生在模拟体验装置或创设的模拟环境中做中学、学中做,从行为和情感上提高对老年群体特殊性的认识。同时,通过岗课对接、课赛结合、课证融通,优化课程内容,提升教学效果,为老年护理事业发展培养高素质、高技能人才。Elderly Nursing is a core course of nursing majors in higher vocational colleges.During the teaching process,experiential teaching model is used to allow nursing students to learn and practice in simulated experiential devices or created simulated environments,and to enhance their learning of the special characteristics of the elderly from behavioral and emotional perspective.At the same time,the course content is optimized through post-course integration,course-competition combination,and course-certificate integration,teaching effectiveness is improved,and high-quality and skilled personnel are cultivated for the development of elderly nursing.
