摘  要:目的设计与实践健康评估课程思政教学,探究影响课程思政教学效果的因素。方法在健康评估课程教学中融入课程思政元素,课程结束后,106名高职护生填写一般资料采集表和自制健康评估课程思政教学效果评价量表。根据量表得分,将护生分为课程思政教学效果高分组、中等组、低分组,对不同组别的护生共21人进行半结构式访谈,采用量性与质性研究相结合的方式探讨高职护生健康评估课程思政教学效果的影响因素。结果不同课程思政效果的护生在是否主动选择护理专业、学习成绩方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);访谈提取出影响课程思政教学效果的4个主题,分别是个体因素、背景因素、思政案例特征、教学方法。结论健康评估课程思政教学为护生带来了积极的情感体验,需根据影响因素进一步完善,增强思政育人效果。Objective To design and practice Ideological&Political education in Health Assessment course,and explore the influencing factors of effectiveness of Ideological&Political education.Methods Integrating Ideological&Political elements into the teaching of Health Assessment course.After the course,106 higher vocational nursing students filled out a general data collection form and a self-made evaluation scale for the effectiveness of Ideological&Political teaching in Health Assessment course.According to the scores on the scale,nursing students were divided into high group,medium group,and low group for the effectiveness of Ideological&Political education.A semi-structured interview was conducted with 21 nursing students from different groups,and a combination of quantitative and qualitative research was used to explore the influencing factors of the effectiveness of Ideological&Political education in the Health Assessment course for higher vocational nursing students.Results There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the choice of nursing major and academic performance among nursing students with different effects of Ideological&Political education.The interview extracted four themes that affect the effectiveness of Ideological&Political education,namely individual factors,background factors,characteristics of Ideological&Political cases,and teaching methods.Conclusion The Ideological&Political education in Health Assessment course has brought positive emotional experiences to nursing students,and further improvement is needed based on influencing factors to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological&Political education.
