摘 要:目的探讨护理专业学生在线学习适应性及在线学习投入度的现状和两者之间的关系,并探讨学历等因素在两者之间是否存在调节作用。方法采用一般资料调查表、在线学习适应性量表、在线学习投入量表对878名护生进行调查,并分析数据。结果护生在线学习适应性与在线学习投入度得分分别为(3.22±0.54)分和(3.49±0.63)分;在线学习适应性及各维度能显著正向预测在线学习投入度(P<0.05或P<0.01);学历对在线学习适应性与在线学习投入度的关系不具有调节作用(P>0.05),性格和户口所在地对在线学习适应性与在线学习投入度的关系具有显著调节作用(P<0.05)。结论护生的在线学习适应性和在线学习投入度水平有待提高,院校和教师可通过完善在线教学资源、营造积极的在线学习氛围、提升在线教学能力、优化在线教学模式、关注不同性格和户口所在地护生的实际需求,提高在线学习效果。Objective To explore the status and relationship between nursing students'adaptability and engagement in online learning,and to investigate whether educational background and other factors have a regulating effect between them.Methods A survey was conducted on 878 nursing students with General Information Questionnaire,Online Learning Adaptability Scale,and Online Learning Engagement Scale,and the data was analyzed.Results The scores of adaptability and engagement in online learning for nursing students were(3.22±0.54)score and(3.49±0.63)score,respectively.The adaptability and various dimensions of online learning can significantly positively predict online learning engagement(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Education does not have a regulating effect on the relationship between online learning adaptability and online learning engagement(P>0.05),while personality and permanent residence have a significant regulating effect on the relationship between online learning adaptability and online learning engagement(P<0.05).Conclusion The adaptability and level of online learning engagement of nursing students need to be improved.Colleges and teachers can improve the effectiveness of online learning by improving online teaching resources,creating a positive online learning atmosphere,enhancing online teaching abilities,optimizing online teaching models,and paying attention to the actual needs of nursing students with different personalities and permanent residence.
