摘 要:目的应用双重差分(DID)模型分析新护士岗位胜任力培训对护士核心岗位能力提升的效果。方法选取某集团医院2020年新入职护士175人为研究对象,其中参与新护士岗位胜任力培训的98名新护士为观察组,参与传统新护士培训的77名新护士为对照组,分别进行为期12个月的新护士培训。培训前后对两组新护士的知识水平、核心岗位能力进行评价。采用DID模型比较两组新护士培训前后核心岗位能力。结果培训后观察组新护士理论和操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新护士核心岗位能力总分和各维度得分增幅均高于对照组(P<0.05);DID模型分析显示,培训方式对新护士核心岗位能力影响的时间效应、时间与组别的交互效应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新护士岗位胜任力培训能够显著提高新护士知识水平与核心岗位能力。Objective To apply the difference-in-difference(DID)model to analyze the effect of new nurses'post competency training on the improvement of nurses'core post competencies.Methods 175 new nurses from a certain group's hospital in 2020 were selected as the research subjects.98 new nurses who participated in post competency training for new nurses were selected as the observation group,and 77 new nurses who participated in traditional new nurses training were selected as the control group.They underwent a 12-month new nurses training program.Evaluate the knowledge level and new nurses'core post competencies of two groups before and after training.Compared the new nurses'core post competencies of two groups before and after training with the DID model.Results After training,the theoretical and operational assessment scores of the new nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of new nurses'core post competencies and the increase on scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The DID model analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the time effect and interaction effect between time and group on the impact of training methods on the core post competencies of new nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Post competency training for new nurses can significantly improve their knowledge level and core post competencies.
