摘 要:目的了解武汉市护理专业技能高考现状,分析其存在的问题并提出应对策略,为深化职业教育改革提供参考。方法采取目的抽样法,选取武汉市3所中职学校护理专业参加2022—2024年技能高考的学生作为研究对象,对技能高考进行7个维度的现状调查。结果学生对武汉市护理专业技能高考政策整体满意(59.79%);参加护理专业技能高考的最主要原因是就业需要(41.92%);23.37%的学生认为备考期间实训设备不足;72.17%的学生认为考试内容与考试大纲符合;71.13%的学生认为考试时间合理;50.18%的学生认为考试地点方便;75.26%的学生认为技能操作考试难度大;78.35%的学生认为评分标准严格。结论应完善护理专业技能高考政策,优化护理实训课程,加强校企协同育人,完善操作考试命题,健全技能考试组织,加强职业规划教育,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,以此来推动我国技术技能型人才科学培养和职业教育繁荣发展。Objective To learn the status of nursing skills for college entrance examination in Wuhan City,analyze problems and put forward coping strategies,so as to provide reference for deepening the reform of vocational education.Methods Purposive sampling method was adopted to select the nursing students of three secondary vocational schools in Wuhan City who participated in the 2022-2024 skills for college entrance examination as the research object,and conducted a survey on the status of the skills for college entrance examination in seven dimensions.Results Students were satisfied with the overall policy of nursing skills for college entrance examination in Wuhan City(59.79%);the most important reason for taking part in the nursing skills for college entrance examination was the need for employment(41.92%);23.37%of the students thought that there was insufficient practical training equipment during the preparation period for the examination;72.17%of the students thought that the content of the examination was in line with the examination syllabus;71.13%of the students thought that the time of the examination was reasonable;50.18%of the students thought that the examination place is convenient;75.26%of the students thought that the skill operation examination is difficult;78.35%of the students thought that the marking standard is strict.Conclusion We should improve the policy of nursing skills for college entrance examination,optimize the nursing practical training courses,strengthen the school-enterprise collaborative education,improve the propositions of operation examination,improve the organization of skill examination,strengthen the education of vocational planning,and strengthen the construction of"two-position"teachers,so as to promote the scientific cultivation of technical and skilled personnel and the prosperous development of vocational education in China.
