摘  要:第二课堂作为第一课堂教学的补充和延伸,是提高医学生综合素质与能力的有效途径。通过第二课堂将机能学与形态学实验有机结合,打破单科实验设置和教学内容“分割式”格局,促进学科间相互联系。以“环磷酰胺对小鼠精子发育和骨髓抑制的影响”实验为例,介绍第二课堂医学机能学与形态学综合实验设计思路与教学模式,淡化学生医学机能学与形态学实验间相对独立的意识,帮助学生认识和理解器官的功能及其病理改变,促进学生及早建立医学整体观和临床思维,培养跨学科复合型人才。The second classroom is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of medical students as a supplement and extension of the first classroom teaching.By organically combining functionology and morphology experiments in the second classroom,breaking the"segmented"pattern of single subject experimental settings and teaching content,and promoting inter disciplinary connections.Taking the experiment of"effects of cyclophosphamide on sperm development and bone marrow suppression in mice"as an example to introduce the design ideas and teaching model of the comprehensive experiments of medical functionology and morphology in the second classroom,downplay students'awareness of the relative independence between medical functionology and morphology experiments,help students to recognize and understand the function and pathological changes of organs,promote students to establish a medical holistic view and clinical thinking as early as possible,and cultivates interdisciplinary composite personnels.
