摘　　要：目的了解我国护士心理资本研究的热点、趋势,为今后进一步研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网2010—2023年发表的关于护士心理资本的中文文献,运用CiteSpace软件对文献作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析。结果纳入研究的文献共377篇;我国护士心理资本相关研究发文量总体呈上升趋势,且发文量最多的机构是山西医科大学护理学院和安徽医科大学护理学院;高频关键词为心理资本、护士、职业倦怠、工作投入、相关性等;研究类型从早期的工具汉化、现况调查等逐渐发展为中介效应、工具开发、质性访谈等多层次的研究,研究重点拓展到工作环境、心理危机、职业发展、特殊科室护士面临的独特挑战等更广泛的领域。结论护士心理资本领域逐渐受到我国学者关注,研究范围不断扩展,但各地区研究水平存在差异,需加强多学科和地区间合作,开展更广、更深层次的研究,为未来护理领域的心理资本提升提供科学依据,为推动我国护理服务质量的提升和医疗团队协作的加强提供有益条件。Objective To learn the hotspots and trends in research on nurses'psychological capital in China,and provide reference for further research in the future.Methods Retrieved Chinese literature on nurses'psychological capital published on CNKI from 2010 to 2023,and use CiteSpace software to visualize the authors,institutions,and keywords of the literature.Results A total of 377 articles were included in the study.The overall published quantity of research on nurses'psychological capital in China is increasing,and the institutions with the highest published quantity are the Nursing College of Shanxi Medical University and the School of Nursing,Anhui Medical University.High-frequency keywords include psychological capital,nurses,occupational burnout,work engagement and relevance.The research types have gradually evolved from early tool localization and status surveys to multi-level studies such as mediation effects,tool development,and qualitative interviews.The research focus has expanded to broader fields such as work environment,psychological crisis,career development,and the unique challenges faced by nurses in special departments.Conclusion The field of nurses'psychological capital has gradually attracted the attention of Chinese scholars,and the research scope is constantly expanding.However,there are differences in research levels among regions,and it is necessary to strengthen interdisciplinary and inter regional cooperation,carry out broader and deeper research,provide scientific basis for the improvement of psychological capital in the future nursing field,and provide beneficial conditions for promoting the improvement of nursing service quality and the strengthening of medical team collaboration in China.
