摘 要:随着国家出生率降低、三孩政策实施,我国婴幼儿托育服务进入政策的优化升级阶段,但存在托育人才缺口巨大、专业化程度低,专业转型初期产教融合模式不完善等问题。重庆护理职业学院积极探索并整合成渝地区双城经济圈现代护理职教联盟成员单位重庆幼儿师范高等专科学校、重庆市永川妇幼保健院以及多家托育机构和行业资源,形成了“1个共同体、2个推进、4个环节”(“1-2-4”)为路径的“医养教协同”产教融合培养模式,实现校企协同创新与育人有机结合,驱动“医养教协同”产教融合自适应、可持续发展。该实践为婴幼儿托育服务专业学生培养提供了新思路、新范式。With the decrease in the national birth rate and the opening of the three child policy,China′s infant and child care services have entered in stage of policy optimization and upgrading.However,problems such as a huge shortage of childcare personnel,low degree of specialization,and incomplete integration of industry and education in the early stage of professional transformation still are existing.Chongqing Nursing Vocational College actively explores and integrates the member units of the modern Nursing Vocational Education Alliance in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,Chongqing Preschool Normal College,Chongqing Yongchuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital,as well as multiple childcare institutions and industry resources,forming a industry and education training model of "treatment-nursing-education collaboration" with "1 community,2 promotion,4 links"( "1-2-4") as the path,realizing the organic combination of college-enterprise collaborative innovation and education,and driving the adaptive and sustainable development of industry education integration of "treatment-nursing-education collaboration".This practice provides new ideas and paradigms for the cultivation of students majoring in infant and child care services.
