摘　　要：将“岗课赛证”综合育人与课程思政建设有机结合,以构建模块化课程体系、加强实践教学环节为基础,以优化课程内容、改进教学方式方法为重点,以建设标准化试题库为支撑,以强化课程思政建设为抓手,以完善课程考核评价体系为手段,通过“岗课”对接、“课赛”互促、“课证”融合、“课思”同行,实现“岗课赛证思”融通,提升基层医疗卫生人才培养质量,为全面推进健康乡村建设、保障人民健康提供强有力的人才支撑。Integrating the comprehensive education of "post-course-competition-certificate" with the construction of Ideological &Political Education,based on building a modular course system and strengthening practical teaching links,focusing on optimizing course content and improving teaching methods,supporting the construction of standardized test question stocks,strengthening Ideological & Political education,and improving the course assessment and evaluation system.We aim to achieve the integration of "postcourses-competitions-certificates-Ideological & Political Education",improve the quality of grassroots medical and health personnel training,and provide strong personnel support for the comprehensive promotion of healthy rural construction and the protection of people′s health through integration of post-courses,mutual promotion of course-competitions,integration of course certificates",and peer development of course-ideology.
