摘 要:基于烟具与户外点火装置行业的供应链特点,研究分析了供应链管理中的关键问题与生产调度优化策略。研究重点集中于需求预测、供应商管理与物流协调等环节,提出了烟具与户外点火装置的供应链管理优化策略。然后分析了常见的生产调度模型,并设计了基于多目标与柔性调度的烟具与户外点火装置生产优化方案。结果表明,智能化的调度优化能够显著提高生产灵活性和响应速度,有助于实现供应链的高效协同。实施科学的生产调度与供应链优化策略,将有助于提升企业的竞争力与市场适应性。Based on the characteristics of the supply chain of the smoking accessory and outdoor ignition device industry,this study analyzes the key issues and production scheduling optimization strategies in supply chain management.The research focuses on demand forecasting,supplier management,logistics coordination,and other links,and proposes supply chain management optimization strategies for smoking accessories and outdoor ignition devices.Common production scheduling models were studied and analyzed,and an optimization plan for the production of smoking accessories and outdoor ignition devices based on multi-objective and flexible scheduling was designed.The results indicate that intelligent scheduling optimization can significantly improve production flexibility and response speed,which helps to achieve efficient collaboration in the supply chain.Implementing scientific production scheduling and supply chain optimization strategies will help enhance the competitiveness and market adaptability of enterprises.
