摘  要:成都市天府国际机场的投入使用打破了原有市场平衡,产生航空旅客再分配的问题。文中从地面出行代价、机场服务质量和航空公司产品三个方面设置了航空旅客综合出行代价函数,并引入有限理性理论对其进行修正,构建了有限理性条件下的连续型交通流分配模型,根据有限元方法的思想对成都市区域进行网格化离散后,采用牛顿迭代算法对模型进行求解。研究表明:双流机场在短期内仍具备较强吸引力,大部分旅客被分配至双流机场;交通流在机场周边区域呈现明显的高密度分布,尤其是双流机场北侧可能存在严重拥堵风险;划分出3种不同密度圈层,高密度圈层需优化机场核心区域交通资源配置,中密度圈层应提升接驳设施和交通效率,低密度圈层可加强区域交通网络一体化衔接;此外,交通流的流向变化揭示了优化机场周边道路设计的重点方向。The commissioning of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport breaks the original market equilibrium and generates the problem of air passenger redistribution.This paper sets up a comprehensive travel cost function for air passengers from three aspects:ground travel cost,airport service quality and airline products,introduces the theory of finite rationality for modification,constructs a continuous traffic flow distribution model under the condition of finite rationality,and solves the model by using the Newton's iterative algorithm after discretizing Chengdu city area by meshing according to the idea of finite element method.The study shows that:Shuangliu Airport still has strong attraction in the short term,and most of the passengers are assigned to Shuangliu Airport;the traffic flow shows obvious high-density distribution in the area around the airport,especially in the north side of Shuangliu Airport where there may be a serious risk of congestion;three different density circles are delineated,the high-density circle needs to optimize the allocation of traffic resources in the core area of the airport,the medium-density circle should enhance the connecting facilities and the efficiency of traffic,and the low-density circle can strengthen the integration of regional transportation networks;in addition,changes in the direction of traffic flow reveal the key direction for optimizing the design of roads around the airport.
