摘 要:物流产业的高质量发展是实现经济稳定增长和人民追求美好生活需要的重要保障。随着物流业的快速发展,行业竞争日益加剧,为提升市场占有率,扩大业务规模,并购重组成为企业谋求发展的必然选择,各大物流企业纷纷进行横向并购。文中选取了京东物流并购德邦股份行业并购典型案例,从财务和非财务两个方面分析其并购的绩效影响,总结并购经验。在此基础上,文中从资源整合、资金管控、科研投入、发展方向四个方面对京东物流并购后的战略调整提出了相关建议。The high-quality development of the logistics industry is an important guarantee for achieving stable economic growth and meeting the needs of people's pursuit of a better life.With the rapid development of the logistics industry,competition in the industry is increasingly fierce.In order to increase market share and expand business scale,mergers and acquisitions have become an inevitable choice for enterprises seeking development,and major logistics companies have carried out horizontal mergers and acquisitions.This article selects typical cases of mergers and acquisitions in the industry of JD Logistics acquisition of Debon Corporation,analyzes the performance impact of mergers and acquisitions from both financial and non-financial aspects,and summarizes the experience of mergers and acquisitions.On this basis,this article proposes relevant suggestions for the strategic adjustment of JD Logistics after the merger and acquisition from four aspects of resource integration,fund control,scientific research investment,and development direction.
