摘 要:数字化转型是“互联网+”发展的必然趋势,为了培养符合社会发展需要的物流管理专业人才,高校物流管理专业应抓住数字化转型的契机,利用信息化发展的优势,从基础教育及实训教学等方面展开全方位的教学改革,全力与信息化、数字化社会发展相接轨。然而,当前我国高校物流管理专业仍以较为传统的理论教学为主,实训操作方面无法与高速发展的大数据信息技术相结合,导致物流管理人才的培养难以与社会发展及行业需求相匹配。文中通过分析物流管理专业教学现状,探究数字化转型下高校物流管理专业的教学改革策略,以期为高校物流管理专业深化教育改革、培养符合社会需要的物流管理人才提供参考。Digital transformation is the inevitable trend of the development of“Internet+”.To cultivate logistics management professionals that meet the needs of social development,logistics management majors in colleges and universities should seize the opportunity of digital transformation and take advantage of information development to carry out all-round teaching reform from basic education and practical training teaching,to fully integrate with the development of information and digital society.However,at present,logistics management major in Chinese colleges and universities is still based on the relatively traditional theoretical teaching,and the practical training operation cannot be combined with the rapid development of big data information technology,resulting in the training of logistics management talents is difficult to match the social development and industry needs.By analyzing the current teaching situation of logistics management major,this paper explores the teaching reform strategies of logistics management major in colleges and universities under the digital transformation,to provide references for deepening the educational reform of logistics management major in colleges and universities and training logistics management talents that meet the needs of society.
