图书馆精神对基层图书馆事业发展影响研究——以毕节市基层图书馆为例

摘　　要：图书馆精神是图书馆事业发展的内生动力,对推动基层图书馆事业发展具有重要作用。本文采用田野调查和扎根理论的研究方法,对22名基层图书馆馆员进行半结构访谈,构建了薪火相传、以人为本、职业认同、职业能力的动力模型。研究发现,图书馆精神是基层图书馆可持续发展的内在要求,馆员的深度参与和图书馆精神传承对基层图书馆事业发展具有重要意义,为促进基层图书馆事业的持续发展提供了有益参考。The library spirit is an endogenous driving force for the career development of library,which plays an important role in promoting development of basic-level libraries.The research method of field investigation and grounded theory was adopted to conduct semi-structured interviews with 22 librarians who are in basic-level libraries,and construct a dynamic model of inheritance,people-oriented,professional identity,and professional ability.The research found that the library spirit is the inherent requirement for sustainable development of basic-level libraries,and The deep participation of librarians and the inheritance of library spirit are of great significance to the career development of basic-level library,which provides useful references for promoting the sustainable development of basic-level library.
