摘 要:协同测度是多部门系统研究的重要方面,文中采用DEA方法对多部门协同的应急物流系统的协同测度展开研究,将非期望产出视为投入要素进行处理,计算多个DMU的相对效率,同时也得出各SDMU的效率,通过DMU效率与协同情况的关系判断在一次DMU中各部门是否协同。即DMU的效率为1时,各部门是否相互协同。文中对七次地震中五个应急救援部门在地震救援中的协同度进行计算,结果表明,应急物流系统效率仍然存在提升空间。Synergy measurement is an important aspect of multi-department system research.This paper uses DEA method to study the synergy measurement of multi-department collaborative emergency logistics system,treats unexpected output as an input element,calculates the relative efficiency of multiple DMUs,and also obtains the efficiency of each SDMU.Through the relationship between DMU efficiency and collaborative situation,it can be judged whether all departments are collaborative in a DMU.That is,when the efficiency of DMU is 1,whether the departments cooperate with each other.This paper calculates the synergy degree of five emergency rescue departments in earthquake rescue in seven earthquakes,and the results show that there is still room for improving the efficiency of emergency logistics system.
