摘　　要：人工智能等数字化技术重构了社会对经济管理人才的需求。在教育部“四新”建设背景下,高等财经教育面临“新文科”教育改革的挑战,特别是管理科学与工程学科,需要在新的经济业态中保持高质量发展,调整相关专业并优化培养方案和教学内容,以适应未来产业的需求。文中围绕“新文科”建设要求,解析了现有经管类课程教学模式存在的问题,并在虚拟现实环境下基于建构主义理论对《供应链仿真》课程进行了逻辑开发和内容设计,建立了立体化、跨时空的新教学形态,以期契合新经济形态对经管类人才培养的需要。Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence have reconstructured the society s demand for economic management talents.In the context of the“Four New”initiatives promulgated by the Ministry of Education,higher financial education is facing the challenges of“new liberal arts”educational reform.Specifically,the field of management science and engineering,which is compelled to sustain excellence amidst emerging economic paradigms,necessitate the recalibration of associated academic programs and the enhancement of curricula and pedagogical content to align with the prospective demands of industry.This paper addresses the mandates of“new liberal arts”construction,dissects the shortcomings inherent in current teaching modalities within the economic and managerial curriculum.And the logic development and content design of the“Supply Chain Simulation”course are carried out based on constructivist theory in a virtual reality environment.The objective is to forge a novel,multidimensional teaching framework that transcends traditional temporal and spatial constraints,thereby fulfilling the evolving requirements for talent cultivation in the economic and managerial sectors underpinned by the new economy.
