摘 要:【目的】研究幼林期不同桉树Eucalyptusspp.叶片中挥发性有机物特征,为探索桉树不同生长阶段叶片含油量变化及桉树叶油的综合利用提供参考依据。【方法】采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对幼林期柠檬桉Eucalyptuscitriodora、托里桉Corymbiatorelliana、大花序桉Eucalyptuscloeziana、粗皮桉Eucalyptuspellita叶片的挥发性物质成分进行检测,比较不同桉树叶片的挥发性物质成分及含量差异,研究不同桉树叶片释放挥发性物质的种类及其相对含量。【结果】利用GC-MS对4种桉树叶片进行检测,共检测出44种挥发性成分,包括萜烯类16种,酯类2种,醛类2种,醇类19种,酮类1种,其他类4种,各类成分相对质量分数分别占主要挥发性成分总量的19.76%、0.59%、24.88%、48.25%、0.57%、5.96%。其中,柠檬桉叶片中烯萜类物质含量最多,为5种,大花序桉叶片中烯萜类和醇类物质含量均较多,为7种,托里桉、粗皮桉叶片中醇类物质含量最多,分别为7种、9种。柠檬桉叶片挥发性有机物组成以香茅醛为主,占78.18%;托里桉、大花序桉、粗皮桉叶片挥发性有机物主要为醇类,其中托里桉叶片中愈创醇含量较高占总含量的11.79%,大花序桉和粗皮桉叶片中α-松油醇含量较高分别占总含量的41.44%、24.57%。β-蒎烯、β-石竹烯2种挥发性物质为4种桉树叶片中共同检测到的组分。【结论】不同桉树叶片释放的挥发性成分在物质种类上差异较小,而其挥发性成分相对含量差异较大。托里桉和粗皮桉叶片间总挥发性物质含量差异不显著,但均与柠檬桉和大花序桉叶片间总挥发性物质含量呈显著性差异。【Objective】This study aims to explore the characteristics of volatile organic compounds in different Eucalyptus spp.leaves during the young forest stage,so as to provide reference for the changes in oil content of Eucalyptus spp.leaves at different growth stages and the comprehensive utilization of Eucalyptus spp.leaf oil.【Method】Gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to detect the volatile components in the leaves of Eucalyptus citriodora,Corymbia torelliana,Eucalyptus cloeziana and Eucalyptus pellita during the young forest stage.The volatile compounds and content differences were compared,and the types and relative contents of volatile compounds released from different Eucalyptus spp.leaves were studied.【Result】A total of 44 volatile main components were detected by GC-MS in 4 types of Eucalyptus spp.leaves,including 16 terpenes,2 esters,2 aldehydes,19 alcohols,1 ketone,and 4 others.The relative mass fractions of each component accounted for 19.76%,0.59%,24.88%,48.25%,0.57%,and 5.96%of the total volatile components,respectively.Among them,the content of terpenoids in the leaves of Eucalyptus citriodora was the highest at 5 types,while the content of terpenoids and alcohols in the leaves of Eucalyptus cloeziana was higher at 7 types.The content of alcohols in the leaves of Corymbia torelliana and Eucalyptus pellita were the highest at 7 types and 9 types,respectively.Citronellal was the main component of volatile organic compounds in leaves of Eucalyptus citriodora(78.18%).The volatile organic compounds in the leaves of Corymbia torelliana,Eucalyptus cloeziana and Eucalyptus cloeziana were mainly alcohols.Among them,the guaiacol content in Corymbia torelliana leaves accounted for 11.79%of the total content,theα-Terpineol content in the leaves of Eucalyptus cloeziana and Eucalyptus pellita accounted for 41.44%and 24.57%of the total content,respectively.β-pinene andβ-caryophyllene were a component commonly detected in four types of Eucalyptus spp.leaves.【Conclusion】The volatile com
