小剂量喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的效果。方法:选择2020年4月—2023年4月喀什地区第一人民医院收治的60例广泛性焦虑症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组以帕罗西汀治疗,观察组以小剂量喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗。对比两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,血清甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)水平,复发情况。结果:治疗2、4、8周,两组HAMA评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周,两组NE、DA水平降低,5-HT水平升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的效果显著,可缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善神经递质水平,降低复发率。Objective:To explore the efficacy of low-dose quetiapine combined with paroxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods:Sixty patients with GAD admitted to the First People's Hospital of Kashgar Region from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine alone,while the observation group was treated with lowdose quetiapine combined with paroxetine.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,serum levels of norepinephrine(NE),serotonin(5-HT),and dopamine(DA),and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:At 2,4,and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMA scores of both groups decreased,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).At 8 weeks of treatment,the NE and DA levels in both groups decreased,while the 5-HT levels increased,with the observation group showing superior results compared to the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose quetiapine combined with paroxetine is effective in treating generalized anxiety disorder,alleviating anxiety symptoms,improving neurotransmitter levels,and reducing recurrence rates.
