吡贝地尔联合多巴丝肼治疗帕金森病的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨吡贝地尔联合多巴丝肼治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月邳州市人民医院收治的PD患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30例,采用吡贝地尔联合多巴丝肼治疗)和对照组(30例,采用多巴丝肼治疗)。比较两组症状评分、神经递质水平以及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组日常活动、运动能力、精神情绪评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组日常活动、运动能力、精神情绪评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组5-羟色胺、γ-氨基丁酸、多巴胺水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组5-羟色胺、多巴胺水平升高,γ-氨基丁酸水平降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.028)。结论:吡贝地尔联合多巴丝肼治疗PD的临床效果较好,可缓解患者临床症状,改善神经递质水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of piribedil combined with levodopa and benserazide in the treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:Sixty PD patients admitted to Pizhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group(n=30,treated with piribedil combined with levodopa and benserazide)and a control group(n=30,treated with levodopa and benserazide).Symptom scores,neurotransmitter levels,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in daily activity,motor ability,and emotional scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of daily activity,motor ability,and emotional state decreased in both groups,with the observation group being lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine,γ-aminobutyric acid,and dopamine between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine and dopamine increased,while the level ofγ-aminobutyric acid decreased,with the observation group showing better results than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.028).Conclusion:Piribedil combined with levodopa and benserazide has a good clinical effect in the treatment of PD,alleviating clinical symptoms and improving neurotransmitter levels.
