“赋能”还是“负能”——公司绿色技术创新的劳动收入分配效应

摘  要:以2011—2022年沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,考察企业绿色技术创新对劳动收入份额的影响。研究发现,企业绿色技术创新能够提高劳动收入份额,产生“赋能”效应。机制检验发现,企业绿色技术创新可通过缓解融资约束、提高企业经营收益、优化人力资本结构、创造就业岗位等机制提升劳动收入份额。异质性分析发现,相较于高管薪酬,绿色技术创新更能提升普通员工收入,且能够缩小企业内部薪酬差距;绿色技术创新对劳动收入份额的影响在小规模企业、非国有企业和技术密集型行业样本中更为显著。This article took A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022 as the research object,and examined the impact of enterprise green technology innovation on labor income share within enterprises.The research found that,enterprise green technology innovation had an“empowerment”effect on improving labor income share.Mechanism test revealed that,mediating factors included easing financing constraints,increasing enterprise operating income,optimizing human capital structure,and creating job opportunities.Heterogeneity analysis showed that,green technology innovation had a more stronger improving effect on the income of ordinary employees than on executive compensation,further narrowing the internal salary gap within the company.The positive effect of green technology innovation was more evident in small-scale enterprises,non-state-owned enterprises and skillintensiveindustries.
