摘　　要：统计数据显示,肝细胞癌(HCC)是恶性最强的癌症之一,发病率和死亡率高,给社会带来沉重的负担。针对HCC的严峻形势,寻求高效的HCC早期筛查手段已成为国内外研究热点。本文就国内外近五年来HCC主要的血清标志物甲胎蛋白(AFP)、甲胎蛋白异质体L3比率(AFP-L3%)、异常凝血酶原(DCP)和高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)进行综述,总结了这些生物标志物的优势和局限性以及它们联合其他指标在HCC早期筛查中的作用及研究进展,并提出了未来的发展方向,从而为HCC的诊断提供帮助。According to statistical data,hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most malignant cancers with high incidence and mortality rates,causing a severe burden on society.In response to the serious situation of HCC,the search for efficient early screening methods has become a research hotspot both domestically and internationally.This article reviews the main serum markers for HCC over the past five years,including alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),alpha-fetoprotein-L3 isoform ratio(AFP-L3%),des-gamma-carboxy prothrombin(DCP),and Golgi protein 73(GP73).It summarizes the advantages and limitations of these biomarkers and their role in combination with other indicators in the early screening of HCC,as well as the research progress.The article also proposes future development directions to assist in the diagnosis of HCC.
