软弱地层隧道盾构机选型及控制参数研究

摘  要:为解决软弱地层的盾构施工面临的不良地质风险,针对软弱地层隧道盾构机选型及控制参数开展研究,基于数值模拟方法开展软弱地层中盾构机运行状态分析,揭示了土舱压力和盾构长度对隧道盾构施工力学行为的影响。研究结果表明,随着土舱压力的增加,地表沉降随之增加,地层沉降分为观察到的立即沉降和隧道开挖引起的固结沉降。盾构机加载区域长度对沉降有所影响,盾构加载区域越长地层沉降越大。研究结果可为软弱地层隧道盾构施工提供参考。In order to address the adverse geological risks in shield tunneling in soft strata,the type selection and control parameters of shield tunneling machines for tunnels in soft strata were studied.Based on numerical simulation,the operating status of shield tunneling machines in soft strata was analyzed,and the impact of soil chamber pressure and shield tunneling length on the mechanical behavior of shield tunneling machines was revealed.Results have shown that,with the soil chamber pressure increasing,surface settlement rose.Stratum settlement is divided into the observed immediate settlement and consolidation settlement caused by tunnel excavation.The length of the loading area of the shield tunneling machine also affects settlement.The longer the loading area of the shield tunneling machine,the greater the stratum settlement.Results of this study provide a reference for shield tunneling in soft strata.
