摘  要:以郑州轨道交通7号线下穿既有5号线郑州人民医院站工程为背景,采用现状调查、数值模拟、现场实测等方法,分析盾构隧道近距离下穿既有地铁运营线施工风险,采用midas GTS NX有限元计算软件建立地层–结构模型,对郑州轨道交通7号线盾构接收各工序进行三维模拟,分析其施工过程对既有5号线地铁运营线结构安全性的影响,在此基础上提出了冻结法辅助混凝土套箱的盾构接收方案,并对盾构接收各阶段施工参数进行动态调整,有效解决了盾构接收近距离下穿既有地铁运营线施工风险控制难题。Taking Zhengzhou People's Hospital Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 7 under the existing Line 5 as an example,construction risks of shield tunneling under the existing subway line were analyzed by means of status survey,numerical simulation and on-site measurement.A stratumstructure model was established with the finite element calculation software midas GTS NX,shield receiving procedures of Zhengzhou Metro Line 7 were simulated in three dimensions,and the impact of the construction process on the structural safety of the existing Line 5 in operation was analyzed.Accordingly,a shield receiving scheme was proposed for the auxiliary concrete casing by freezing,and the construction parameters of shield receiving at each stage were dynamically adjusted,to effectively control construction risks in shield receiving under the existing subway line in operation.
