高碳硬线钢精炼过程铝含量控制与分析

摘  要:针对某厂高碳钢硬线产品因夹杂物中w(Al_(2)O_(3))偏高导致拉拔脆断的问题,利用热力学分析和生产实践相结合的方法,分析研究了精炼渣成分对渣钢间铝氧化还原反应及钢中平衡铝含量的影响,结果表明:出钢过程使用低铝硅铁和锰硅合金进行脱氧合金化,控制钢水w([Mn])/w([Si])为3~4,氩站钢水平均铝含量约为0.00084%,有利于夹杂物控制在低熔点的液态硅锰酸盐和铝硅酸盐区域。LF精炼终点渣钢间平衡w([Al])与渣中w(Al_(2)O_(3))、钢水w([Si])和钢水温度成正相关,与渣中w(SiO_(2))和w(FeO)成负相关,该厂通过控制LF终渣碱度R为1.0~1.2,渣中w(Al_(2)O_(3))﹤6%,w(FeO)为1%~2%时,渣钢间铝的氧化还原反应基本可以达到平衡状态,精炼终点实际平均w([Al])约为0.00075%,与理论平衡铝含量0.00064%相接近,轧材中夹杂物平均w(Al_(2)O_(3))由29.8%降低至20.5%,夹杂物成分基本位于CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)系相图的低熔点塑性区域,呈现为数μm微小且细长的形貌特征,具有较好的变形能力。Aiming at the problem of brittle fracture during drawing of high carbon steel hard wire products in a certain factory due to high w(Al_(2)O_(3))in inclusions.Combination of thermodynamic analysis and production practice was used to analyze and study the influence of refined slag composition on the aluminum redox reaction between slag and steel,as well as the equilibrium aluminum content in steel.The results show that using low aluminum ferrosili con and manganese silicon alloy for deoxidation alloying during steel tapping process and controlling the w([Mn])/w([Si])of the molten steel to 3~4,the average aluminum content of the molten steel in argon station is about 0.00084%.It is conducive to controlling inclusions in the low melting point liquid silicon manganese salt and alumi num silicate region.The equilibrium zw([AI])between slag and steel at the end point of LF refining is positively cor related with temperature of the molten steel,w([Si])in the molten steel and w(Al,O.)in the slag.It is negatively correlated with w(SiO_(2))and zw(FeO)in the slag.By controlling the basicity of LF final slag to be 1.0~1.2,w(Al_(2)O_(3))less than 6%and w(FeO)to be 1%~2%,the oxidation-reduction reaction of aluminum between slag and steel can basically reach an equilibrium state.The actual average w([Al])at the end point of refining is 0.00075%,which is close to the theoretical equilibrium aluminum content of 0.00064%.The average w(Al_(2)O_(3))of inclusions in the rolled material is reduced from 29.8%to 20.5%.The composition of inclusions is mainly located in low melting point plastic region of CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3).phase diagram.The morphology of inclusions presents as tiny and slender shapes of several micrometers with good deformation ability.
