摘　　要：“人民保护长江、长江造福人民”重要论述是习近平总书记考察马鞍山市时提出的,为长江经济带的高质量发展提供了行动指南和思想引领。在分析“人民保护长江、长江造福人民”重要论述提出背景的基础上,结合马鞍山深入践行这一重要论述的生动实践,深度剖析了其科学内涵,并积极探索了其实践路径。The important exposition put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Maans han City is"protecting the Yangtze River by the people and benefiting the people by the Yangtze River",which pro vides ideological guidance and fundamental guidance for further promoting the high-quality development of the Yan gtze River Economic Belt.On the basis of analyzing the background of the important exposition of"protecting the Yangtze River by the people and benefiting the people by the Yangtze River",combined with the vivid practice of deeply practicing this important discourse in Manshan,the article deeply analyzes its scientific connotation and ac tively explores its practical path.
