摘 要:高校思政课教师的教学话语是促进思政课教学内容入脑、入心、入魂的重要介质。为了实现高校思政课教师教学话语优化这一目的,高校思政课教师要以准确识变的观察能力洞悉教学话语面临的话语环境较为复杂、话语内容更新迟缓、话语表达不接地气、话语实践形式单一等困境。为改变教学话语“失声”“失语”“失范”“失效”的现状,高校思政课教师既要从“能不能说”的原则性视角坚守课堂主阵地,以科学应变的策略能力因势利导、统筹谋划教学话语的优化;还要从“会不会说”的方法论视角提高教学话语的实效性,以主动求变的行动能力运用多种方式创新教学话语,推动思政课高质量发展。The teaching discourse of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities is animportant medium to promote the teaching content of ideological and political course into the brain,heaut andsoul.In order to achieve the goal of optimizing the teaching discourse of ideological and political courseteachars in colleges and universities,teachers of ideological and political course in colleges and universitiesshould have an accurate observation ability to understand the dfficulties faced by teaching discourse,such asthe complicated discourse environment,the slow updating of discourse content,the ungrounded expression ofdiscourse,and the single form of discourse practice.In order to change the curent situation of"voice loss","aphasia","anomie"and"failure"of teaching discourse,ideological and political teachers in colleges anduniversities should not only stick to the main position of the classroom from the principle perspective of"beingallowed to say",but also guide and plan the optimization of teaching discourse of ideological and politicalteachers in colleges and universities with the strategic ability of scientific response.It is also necessary toimprove the efectiveness of teaching discourse from the perspective of the methodology of"being able to say",to innovate teaching discourse in various ways with the action ability of actively seeking change,and to promotethe high-quality development of ideological and political courses.
