摘  要:为满足用户对运动护膝的需求,应用感性工学方法,对运动护膝的功能性进行研究。收集运动护膝的代表性样本及功能性相关感性词汇对,采用语义差异量表,通过因子分析与灰色关联度分析,构建运动护膝特征要素与感性因子间关系。通过因子分析,能够更好地解读人们对运动护膝的感性需求,应用灰色关联度分析,比较各运动护膝特征要素与感性因子间的相关程度,获取影响感性意象的关键特征要素。结果表明,影响用户对运动护膝功能性评价的感性因子分别为性能因子与穿戴因子,护膝的结构、支撑条与束带是影响穿戴因子的关键要素,护膝的结构、硅胶垫与束带是影响性能因子的关键要素。研究结果可为运动护膝的设计与评价提供参考,推动运动护膝产品的开发。In order to meet the needs of users for sports knee pads, the functionality of sports knee pads was studied using Kansei engineering method. The representative samples of sports knee pads and function-related perceptual vocabulary pairs were collected, using a semantic difference scale and through factor analysis and grey relational analysis, the relationships between the characteristic elements of sports knee pads and perceptual intentions were constructed. Factor analysis was used to better interpret people's perceptual needs for sports knee pads, and grey correlation analysis was applied to compare the degree of correlation between each sports knee pads feature element and perceptual imagery, and to obtain the key feature elements that influence perceptual intention. The results show that the perceptual factors influencing users' evaluation of the functionality of sports knee pads are performance factor and wear factor, respectively. The structure of the knee pads, support strips and harnesses are the key elements influencing the wear factor, and the structure of the knee pads, silicone pads and harnesses are the key elements influencing the performance factor. The results can provide reference for the design, evaluation and further promotion of the development of sports knee pads.
