摘  要:井下液压支架控制系统采用开关式电液换向阀进行升降柱、移架、推溜等操作,作业时易产生液压冲击、噪声等危害。针对此,采用支架集成比例控制阀实现液压油缸的精确位置控制及软启、软停功能,基于非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)曲线对其主阀体流道进行迭代设计优化,并采用选择性激光熔化技术(SLM)进行打印制造;采用具有负泊松比的蜂窝结构设计集成先导阀,结合黏接剂喷射(BJ)打印技术对其先导阀进行流道优化及整体轻量化设计,在提高功重比、成型效率的同时,可解决SLM制造成本昂贵、悬臂结构等问题。结果表明:集成先导阀部分质量减轻了82.3%,相比传统SLM打印工艺成本节约89.7%,管线压损降低了43.3%,负压区及最大流速减小,阀体流动性能显著提升。The switching type electro-hydraulic reversing valve is used in the downhole hydraulic support control system to lift the column,move the frame and push away,which is easy to produce hydraulic shock,noise and other hazards during operation.In view of this,the support integrated proportional control valve was used to realize the precise position control of the hydraulic cylinder and the functions of soft start and soft stop.The main valve body flow path was optimized by iterative design based on non-uniform rational B-spline(NURBS)curve and manufactured by selective laser melting(SLM)printing.The integrated pilot valve was designed with negative poisson ratio honeycomb structure.Combined with the adhesive jet(BJ)printing technology,the flow path optimization and overall lightweight design of the pilot valve were performed,which could improve the power/weight ratio and molding efficiency,and solve the problems such as high manufacturing cost and cantilever structure of SLM.The results show that the mass of the integrated pilot valve is reduced by 82.3%,the cost is saved by 89.7%compared with the traditional SLM printing process,the pressure loss of the pipeline is reduced by 43.3%,the negative pressure zone and the maximum flow rate are reduced,and the flow performance of the valve body is significantly improved.
