摘 要:提出基于激光精密加工改善CFRTP/AL复材层间结合性能的方法,并将其引入本科实验教学,设计了多学科交叉的综合实验。基于单因素分析法,探究了激光蚀刻工艺参数对微织构形貌的影响;设计单搭接正交实验,研究了激光功率、激光速度和光斑间距对CFRTP/AL复材层间结合性能的影响;确定了最佳工艺组合,分析了结合界面的失效形貌和失效机理。实验结果表明,激光蚀刻可以有效提高CFRTP/AL复材的层间结合性能。由科研转化的该综合实验不仅可以扩宽学生的认知视野,锻炼创新实践能力,还可以培养其科研思维、探索精神和基本科研能力。[Objective]Fiber metal laminates are types of superhybrid structural composite materials fabricated by alternately laying metal materials and fiber-reinforced composite materials and then subjecting them to molding processes.They have such advantages as low density,high specific strength,and excellent fatigue resistance,thus finding extensive applications in fields like aerospace and new automobiles.In recent years,with the increasingly widespread application of composite materials,“Composite Material Preparation Technology”has been integrated into engineering training teaching in colleges and universities,becoming one of the basic manufacturing technologies for the practical teaching of undergraduate students majoring in engineering.To facilitate the implementation of schools’top-notch innovative talent cultivation plan and explore the multidisciplinary top-notch innovative talent cultivation mode of undergraduate–postgraduate integration,this paper takes CFRTP/Al composite materials as the research object and designs a research-oriented comprehensive experiment on“The Influence of Laser Etching on the Interlaminar Bonding Performance of CFRTP/AL Composite Materials”for the teaching of senior undergraduate students.[Methods]Using the single-factor analysis method,this experiment explored the impact of laser etching process parameters on microtexture morphology.By designing a single-lap orthogonal experiment,it investigated the influence of laser power,laser speed,and spot spacing on the interlaminar bonding performance of CFRTP/AL composite materials,determined optimal process combinations,and analyzed the failure morphology and failure mechanism of the bonding interface.Meanwhile,through an orthogonal experiment,a set of process parameter combinations that resulted in the maximum shear strength of the single-lap composite joint was obtained:the laser power was 70%,the laser speed was 500 mm/s,and the spot spacing was 50μm.[Results]The experimental results indicated that by increasing the laser powe
