摘　　要：本文综合分析了2024年发布的《区域国别学研究生教育学科专业简介及其学位基本要求》,提出了区域国别学将担负起的两大使命——政治使命和学术使命。首先,分析了区域国别学的学科内涵、研究对象、理论体系、研究方法,在此基础上探究了构建中国自主的区域国别学知识体系的基本原则,如语言技能、问题意识、实践调查和家国情怀等,分析了区域国别研究的横向网络和纵向网络。其次,分析了区域国别人才培养的六大领域,提出以促进世界文明交流互鉴为目标,培养区域国别人才。最后,在分析区域国别人才培养的知识要求和素养要求的基础上,提出区域国别学人才培养的具体路径,如一级学科和二级学科齐头并进、建设国际合作体系、充分利用国际组织基地,构建学术发展共同体等。This study analyzes The Basic Degree Requirements and General Introduction to the Disciplines and Specialties of Graduate Education in Area Studies(2024 version),and puts forward the two major missions of country and region studies in China—political mission and academic mission.Firstly,the disciplinary connotation,research object,theory basis,and research methods of area studies are analyzed,on the basis of which the basic principles of constructing China’s independent knowledge system of area studies,such as language skills,problem awareness,practical investigation,and national sentiment,are further explored.And the horizontal and vertical networks of country and region studies are also analyzed.Secondly,the six major fields of talent cultivation in country and region studies are analyzed,and it is proposed that country and region studies talent cultivation is aimed at promoting the exchange and mutual appreciation of world civilizations.Finally,based on the knowledge requirements and literacy requirements of country and region studies talent cultivation,strategies for country and region studies talent cultivation are put forward,such as the parallel progress of primary and secondary disciplines,the construction of international cooperation system,making full use of international organization bases,and the construction of academic development community.
