地方类外国语大学发展“区域国别学”的战略路径研究

摘　　要：2022年,“区域国别学”正式被列入“交叉学科”门类一级学科,这为外国语大学提供了新的发展机遇。地方类外国语大学尤需结合本校实情,选取兼具国家战略意义与研究成本优势的国家持续开展研究。本文认为,地方类外国语大学发展“区域国别学”首先要确保研究对象满足三项战略要素:符合新时期中国特色大国外交的战略定位、兼具国家实力与发展意愿、属于“再构建国家”范畴。其次,地方类外国语大学还需明晰目标定位、资源利用与学科发展意义,紧跟国家战略制定学科目标与课程体系,发挥院校既有语言专业优势,实现投入资源的循环利用,并鼓励开展“区域国别学+N”的跨领域、跨学科、跨院校研究,让地方类外国语大学的“区域国别学”体现多学科、跨地区协同发展的战略意义。Country and region studies was officially listed as a first-level discipline under the category of“cross-discipline”in 2022,which provided new opportunities for universities of foreign languages.In particular,local universities of foreign languages need to select target countries with both strategic significance and cost advantages,and conduct continuous research in the light of their own situation.Universities should first ensure that their target countries meet the three strategic elements:to be in line with the strategic positioning of China’s major-country diplomacy,to have both national strength and willingness to develop and to be one of the“reconstructed countries”.Second,universities must also clarify targets,resource utilization and the significance of discipline development.They should follow the national strategy to formulate discipline targets and curriculum,make full use of their linguistic advantages and recycle input resources.In addition,universities of foreign languages should be encouraged to develop“country and region studies;+N”research,which is cross-disciplinary,interdisciplinary and inter-institutional,to ensure that“country and region studies”at universities of foreign languages reflects the strategic significance of multidisciplinary and cross-regional synergy.
