摘 要:表面织构技术和添加润滑剂已经成为改善机械摩擦副之间的摩擦学性能2种重要手段,而固体润滑剂以它的高承载力和能够应用于特殊的工况环境而逐步进入大众视野。通过将表面织构技术与固体润滑剂复合处理,能够起到更好的协同作用,从而进一步优化材料表面的摩擦学性能。基于此,综述了表面织构协同固体润滑剂的多种复合方法,归纳了表面织构的几何参数对复合结构的减摩和寿命影响,分析了不同的润滑剂材料性质以及对表面织构摩擦性的影响,探究了表面织构复合固体润滑剂的减摩抗磨的协同机理,总结了复合技术存在的问题并对其发展进行了展望。通过研究发现,表面织构复合固体润滑剂能够起到更好的减摩抗磨的作用,织构形状、复合方式以及固体润滑剂种类的选择为影响摩擦系数的主要因素,固体润滑剂以其使用范围广、承载力强、能够在一些环境较差的工况条件下使用等特点,未来会有更为广阔的发展空间。Surface texturing technology and the addition of lubricants have become two important means to improve the tribological properties between mechanical friction pairs,while solid lubricants have gradually entered the public eye due to their high load-bearing capacity and ability to be applied in special working environments.By combining surface texturing technology with solid lubricants,a better synergistic effect could be achieved,thereby further optimizing the frictional properties of the material surface.Based on this,various composite methods of surface texture synergistic solid lubricants were reviewed,and the influence of geometric parameters of surface texture on friction reduction and service life of composite structures was summarized.The properties of different lubricant materials and their effects on surface texture friction were analyzed,and the synergistic mechanism of friction reduction and anti-wear of surface texture composite solid lubricants was explored.The problems of composite technology were summarized,and its development prospects were discussed.Through research,it has been found that surface texture composite solid lubricants can play a better role in reducing friction and anti-wear.The selection of texture shape,composite method,and type of solid lubricant are the main factors affecting the friction coefficient.Solid lubricants,with their wide range of applications,strong bearing capacity,and ability to be used in some poor environmental conditions,will have a broader development space in the future.
