摘  要:基于LabVIEW平台设计了一种智能视觉识别机械手控制系统。以UG为建模工具创建机械手各部件三维模型,实现物品抓取功能;设计基于LabVIEW的智能视觉识别模块和控制机械手运动舵机模块,验证该系统在目标抓取任务中的高效性与准确性,为工业自动化生产、物流分拣等领域相关技术提供参考思路。A smart visual recognition manipulator control system was designed based on the LabVIEW platform,using UG as a modeling tool to create 3D models of various components of the manipulator and achieve object grasping function.The design of an intelligent visual recognition module and a control robot motion servo module based on LabVIEW verifies the efficiency and accuracy of the system in target grasping tasks,providing reliable ideas and technical support for industrial automation production,logistics sorting,and other fields.It is of great significance to promote the intelligent development of the robot control field.
