摘　　要：情感建构在边疆治理现代化中具有秉要执本的意义。文章通过分析辽宁宽甸满族自治县和谐警民关系的搭建,探究了蕴含其中的边疆治理共同体理念,并呈现了情感建构对边疆治理的重要价值。经验探究表明,情感视角下边疆治理共同体的形成是基于爱国情感、家园情感、聚合情感的动员,并通过以下具体实践发挥作用:以本土红色历史文化为底蕴的爱国主义意识形态的召唤;边疆生态建设理念下巡山护边与环保养殖的价值认同;边疆治理共同体意识下警民联合护边体系的运作。以情感为纽带的边疆治理共同体是对边疆社会多主体治理的理念践行,是以“共治”理念柔化国家制度权威的地方经验,为维系边疆稳定和现代化建设提供了可能路径。Emotional construction has the significance of upholding the principle in the modernization of border governance.Through analyzing the construction of harmonious police-community relations in Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County in Liaoning Province,this paper explores the concept of border governance community and presents the important value of emotional construction in border governance.The empirical research shows that the formation of border governance community from the perspective of emotional bond is based on the mobilization of patriotic emotion,homeland emotion,and aggregation emotion,and works through the following specific practices:the call of patriotism ideology underpinned by the local revolutionary history and culture;the value recognition of border-protective patrolling and environment-friendly farming under the concept of ecological construction in the border areas;and the operation of the police-civilian border protection system under the consciousness of border governance community.Border governance community linked by emotional bond is the practice of the concept of multi-subject governance in the border society,and it is the local experience of softening the authority of the state system with the concept of"common governance",which provides a possible path to maintain the stability and modernization of the border areas.
