摘　　要：苹果果实在采收后需要贮藏于冷库,苹果品种不同,其冷藏条件亦不同,为避免贮藏期病害发生严重,导致烂果多损失大,影响贮藏效果,依据苹果冷藏原理,总结了不同成熟期苹果品种冷藏库贮藏标准、冷藏库设备要求及冷藏期管理,供果农参考。Apple fruits need to be stored in cold storage after harvest.Due to different apple varieties and different cold storage conditions,in order to avoid the serious loss of rotten fruits caused by serious diseases during storage and affect the storage effect,according to the principle of apple cold storage,the storage standards,equipment requirements and cold storage period management of apple cultivars were summarized for fruit growers’reference.
