摘　　要：根据现代桃树生产实际,分析了适时采收对保证桃树产量、果品质量、效益及适应水果销售市场的必要性。提出应综合考虑桃树品种的成熟度、鲜桃销售地点、用途、市场需求和天气状况等因素,合理确定采摘期,做到适时采收。同时,介绍了桃果采摘前准备工作、采摘顺序、采摘操作方法等,以供果农参考。Based on the actual situation of modern peach production,the necessity of harvesting peaches at the right timewereanalyzed to ensure yield,quality,benefits and to adapt to the fruit sales market.It is proposed that the harvesting period should be reasonably determined by comprehensively considering the maturity of the variety,the sales location of fresh peaches,their uses,market demands and weather conditions,so as to achieve timely harvesting.Meanwhile,the preparatory work before harvesting,the harvesting sequence and the harvesting operation methods are also introduced for the reference of fruit farmers.
