浅谈欧李研究历史与发展现状

摘　　要：欧李是我国特有的一种小灌木果树树种,栽培历史3000年以上。近代欧李的栽培研究从1980年开始至今,使得欧李从野生状态走向人工栽培模式。经过40多年的发展,欧李在各个方面都得到了长足的发展,但在生产、加工、销售等各各环节上还存在一些问题。总结介绍了欧李的育种、栽培及加工发展现状,分析了欧李生产、加工和销售方面存在的问题,并针对性的提出了进一步开发研究和利用推广的建议,以促进欧李产业健康高效发展。Cerasus humilis is a undershrub fruit tree species in China,with a cultivation history of more than 3000 years.The cultivation research of Cerasus humilis in modern times began from 1980 to the present,which made Cerasus humilis from wild state to artificial cultivation mode.After more than 40 years of development,Cerasus humilis has made great progress in all aspects,but there are still some problems in production,processing,sales and other links.The breeding,cultivation and processing development status of Cerasus humilis were summarized.The problems existing in the planting,processing and sales of Cerasus humilis were analyzed,and the suggestions for further development,research,utilization and promotion were put forward to promote the efficient development of Cerasus humilis industry.
