摘　　要：目的 探讨加强营养指导在儿童营养不良保健工作中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至12月淄博市妇幼保健院接收的进行保健干预的150例营养不良儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各75例。对照组实施常规保健指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施加强营养指导,比较两组营养状况及生长发育状况。结果 干预后,观察组比对照组的身高、体重、骨密度更高(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组比对照组的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白水平更高(P<0.05)。结论 儿童营养不良保健工作中加强营养指导有利于儿童保持良好的营养状况,促进生长发育,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of strengthening nutrition guidance in the health care of children with malnutrition.Methods A total of 150 malnourished children who received health intervention in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 75 children in each group.The control group received routine health care guidance,and the observation group received strengthening nutrition guidance on the basis of control group.The nutritional status and growth and development status of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the height,weight and bone mineral density of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum total protein,albumin,prealbumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nutrition guidance in the health care of children with malnutrition is conducive to maintaining good nutritional status of children,promoting growth and development,and is worthy of promotion.
