摘　　要：校友档案是高校宝贵的精神财富,也是校园文化的重要组成部分。然而,校友档案的社会化利用仍面临资源建设不足、渠道单一、方式创新不够等问题。以需求导向为逻辑起点,立足增强高校发展内生动力和文化软实力,深入剖析了校友档案社会化利用的多元需求。在梳理国内外相关理论与实践研究的基础上,从平台搭建、机制建设两个维度提出了实现路径,力求在丰富文献资源、拓宽服务渠道、强化制度保障方面形成工作合力,为校友档案资源的深度开发与广泛利用提供新思路。Alumni archives are valuable spiritual resources of the school and an important part of campus culture.However,the social utilization of alumni archives still has some shortcomings,such as insufficient resource construction,single channel and insufficient mode innovation.This paper takes demand-oriented as the logical starting point,based on enhancing the internal power and cultural soft power of university development,and deeply analyzes the multiple needs of the socialization of alumni archives.On the basis of combing the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the promotion path from the two dimensions of platform building and mechanism construction,and strives to form a joint force in the aspects of enriching literature resources,expanding service channels,and improving system guarantee,so as to provide new ideas for the in-depth development and extensive utilization of alumni archive resources.
