红色档案资源在中小学德育工作中的应用

摘　　要：红色档案资源是中国共产党领导中国革命、建设和改革过程中留下的宝贵历史记录,蕴含着深厚的思想价值和精神内涵,是加强中小学德育工作的重要素材。在梳理红色档案资源内涵与中小学德育相关研究的基础上,分析了红色档案资源的思想价值与育人功能,论证了红色档案与中小学德育工作在目标方向、内容要求、实践路径等多个方面的高度契合,并结合实际探索了红色档案资源融入思政课堂、校园文化、社会实践的创新应用路径,以期为运用红色档案资源加强和改进新时代中小学德育工作、培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人提供参考。As a valuable historical record of Chinese revolution,construction and reform led by the Communist Party of China,red archive resources contain rich ideological value and spiritual connotation,and are important resources for strengthening moral education in primary and secondary schools.On the basis of sorting out the connotation of red archive resources and relevant studies on moral education in primary and secondary schools,this paper analyzes the value and function of red archive resources,demonstrates the high compatibility of red archive resources with moral education in primary and secondary schools in terms of goal direction,content requirements,practice paths,etc.,and explores the integration of red archive resources into ideological and political classes,campus culture,and social practice in combination with actual conditions.To construct innovative application paths such as collaborative education mechanism,in order to provide reference for strengthening and improving the moral education work of primary and secondary schools in the new era by using red archive resources,and training socialist builders and successors.
