叙事疗法在大学生网瘾问题中的应用——基于西北地区某高校的调查

摘　　要：近年来,叙事疗法逐渐受到社会工作领域的关注并用于解决具体的实际问题,但在大学生网瘾问题中尚未形成规范的应用程序。文章基于对10名西北地区某高校在读本科生、硕士研究生的网瘾调查和深度访谈,探讨该疗法在大学生网瘾问题中的实践应用。研究发现,叙事疗法适用于大学生网瘾问题,其独特的应用方式可帮助网瘾大学生逐渐摆脱网瘾,促进大学生增强自信、健康发展。In recent years,narrative therapy has been increasingly garnering attention in the field of social work and has been applied to solve specific practical problems.However,a standardized application process for addressing internet addiction among college students has not yet been established.Based on the survey and in-depth interviews with 10 undergraduate and graduate students from a university in Northwest China,this paper explores the practical application of narrative therapy in addressing internet addiction among this population.The findings indicate that narrative therapy is appropriate for addressing college students'internet addiction,and its unique application can help college students gradually overcome their addiction,enhancing self-confidence and fostering healthy development.
