摘 要:作为新质生产力的发展引擎,人工智能专业的人才培养质量对区域经济的转型升级具有重要影响。针对地方应用型高校在人工智能专业人才培养中存在的重理论轻实践、学生能力与企业需求脱节等问题,文章探索了以产教融合驱动的人才培养实现路径,提出学科竞赛和工程项目是实现高质量产教融合教育、满足区域经济发展对人才需求的重要手段。学科竞赛能够培养学生的创新意识,工程项目则能提升学生的实践能力,两者相辅相成。通过以赛促学、学以致用,有效提高了应用型工程技术人才的培养质量。As the development engine of new quality productivity,the quality of talent cultivation in the field of artificial intelligence has a significant impact on the transformation and upgrading of regional economy.This article explores the implementation path of talent cultivation driven by the integration of industry and education,and proposes that subject competitions and engineering projects are important means to achieve high-quality industry education integration and meet the talent demand of regional economic development,in response to the problems of emphasizing theory over practice and the disconnect between student abilities and enterprise needs in the cultivation of artificial intelligence professionals in local application-oriented universities.Subject competitions can cultivate students̓innovative consciousness,while engineering projects can enhance students̓practical abilities,and the two complement each other.By promoting learning through competitions and applying what has been learned,the quality of cultivating applied engineering and technical talents has been effectively improved.
