摘  要:文章从理论层面探讨了人工智能替代感影响员工知识隐藏行为的机制。基于社会认同理论,认为人工智能替代感对员工知识隐藏行为具有正向影响,而组织认同在这些影响中起着中介作用。同时,数字化领导力在理论上可以调节二者关系,削弱人工智能替代感对员工知识隐藏行为的正向影响。通过理论阐述人工智能替代感对员工知识隐藏行为的影响效应,文章旨在为理解和管理员工的人工智能替代感与知识隐藏行为提供参考。This article explores the mechanism by which artificial intelligence substitution affects employees̓knowledge hiding behavior from a theoretical perspective.Based on social identity theory,it is believed that artificial intelligence substitution has a positive impact on employees̓knowledge hiding behavior,and organizational identity plays a mediating role in these effects.Meanwhile,digital leadership can theoretically regulate the relationship between the two and weaken the positive impact of artificial intelligence substitution on employees̓knowledge hiding behavior.By theoretically explaining the impact of artificial intelligence substitution on employees̓knowledge hiding behavior,this article aims to provide reference for understanding and managing employees̓artificial intelligence substitution and knowledge hiding behavior.
