摘　　要：在大数据背景下,高校教育数据的开放共享已成为推动教育现代化、提升教育质量的重要途径。然而,随着数据量的激增和数据交换频率的提高,数据安全问题日益凸显。数据开放统一平台的正常运转需要一套完善的开放共享安全体系来保障数据安全,以促进数据的合理利用。文章从制度建设、实施策略、技术保障等方面分别进行阐述,旨在为数据开放共享保驾护航。In the context of big data,the open sharing of university education data has become an important way to promote education modernization and improve education quality.However,with the surge in the amount of data and the increase in the frequency of data exchange,data security issues have become increasingly prominent.The normal operation of the open and unified data platform requires a complete set of open and shared security system to ensure data security and promote the rational use of data.This paper expounds the system construction,implementation strategy,technical support and other aspects,aiming at protecting the open sharing of data.
