摘 要:DIP付费对公立医院人力资源管理工作提出了新的要求和任务。为了适应这一变革,公立医院必须摒弃传统人力资源管理模式,积极推进人力资源管理的信息化建设,优化人力资源配置,以更好地适应DIP付费改革。从DIP付费的视角出发,文章提出公立医院人力资源信息化建设是落实DIP付费制度、体现医务工作者劳务价值以及提高医院运营水平的关键举措,在此基础上设计了包含员工基本信息、员工考勤、员工薪酬管理以及员工考核管理等模块的公立医院人力资源管理系统。实践测试证明,该系统各项功能均满足运行要求,展现出良好的运行性能,符合公立医院人力资源管理要求。DIP payment has put forward new requirements and tasks for human resource management in public hospitals.In order to adapt to this change,public hospitals must abandon the traditional human resource management model,actively promote the informatization construction of human resource management,optimize human resource allocation,and better adapt to the DIP payment reform.From the perspective of DIP payment,the article proposes that the informationization construction of human resources in public hospitals is a key measure to meet the DIP payment system,reflect the labor value of medical workers,and improve the operational level of hospitals.Based on this,a public hospital human resources management system is designed,which includes modules such as employee basic information,employee attendance,employee salary management,and employee assessment management.Practical testing has proven that all functions of the system meet operational requirements,demonstrating good performance and meeting the requirements of human resource management in public hospitals.
