基于巡检结果的华北地区城镇房屋调查数据机理性问题与致因连锁理论分析

摘　　要：为加强房屋建筑和市政设施调查数据成果应用,提升各地城乡房屋建筑采集数据质量,健全城镇房屋建筑调查数据质量管控机制,本文采用复杂网络对华北地区城镇房屋巡检数据进行研究分析,探究调查数据中存在的机理性问题与致因连锁理论。基于复杂网络原理,分别建立华北地区和北京、天津、河北、山西、内蒙古等5个省份的城镇房屋调查数据巡检结果网络模型,发现重要性、群组性、启发式三类问题,并对各省份的问题关联性进行研究分析。结合研究结果,从问题指标关联性的角度对华北地区城镇房屋调查数据进行了研究分析,明确了该地区的重点关注指标和连锁关系,提出了在房屋建筑数据管理中运用研究结果的展望。In order to strengthen the application of the urban and rural building and municipal facilities investigation results,improve the quality of urban and rural building investigation data,and improve the quality control mechanism of investigation data,this article uses complex network to conduct research and analysis on urban building investigation remote verification data in North China,and studies the mechanistic problems and causal chain theory in the verification data.Based on complex network analysis,a network model of remote verification data of urban building investigation inaccurate indicator in North China,including Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shanxi and Inner Mongolia five provinces,is established respectively.Three types of problems,namely importance,group and heuristic,are found,and the correlation between the problems in every province is studied and analyzed.Based on the above research results,this paper studies and analyzes the urban building investigation inaccurate indicator in North China from the perspective of the correlation of problem indicators,clarifies the key concern indicators and chain relationships in this region,and prospects for applying research results in building data management.
