摘　　要：目的精神分裂症由环境因素和遗传因素共同作用导致,目前关于HTR3D基因与精神类疾病关联性的研究较少,本研究拟探究HTR3D的遗传多态性与精神分裂症发病风险之间的关联。方法在中国北方汉族人群中,运用Sanger测序调查多个变异位点的频率分布并进行病例-对照研究,对各位点的病例-对照间差异进行统计学分析。结果6个变异位点(rs6789754、rs6765152、rs6789882、rs6789682、rs66883074和rs55953689)在病例-对照间的分布差异无统计学意义;这些位点共可组成5种主要单倍型,单倍型G-C-A-C-TGTCAGTCCAAATT-A的频率在病例-对照组间存在统计学差异。结论本研究发现HTR3D基因的单倍型G-C-A-C-TGTCAGTCCAAATT-A与精神分裂症的发病风险相关。Objective The pathogenesis of schizophrenia is related to environmental and genetic factors.Presently,the studies about the relationships between HTR3D gene with psychosis remain relatively lacking.This study was conducted to investigate the association between polymorphisms of HTR3D gene with the risks of schizophrenia.Methods A case-control study was conducted about the frequencies of several variants by Sanger DNA sequencing in northern Chinese Han population.Statistical analysis was executed to investigate the discrepancies between case-control groups.Results There was no statistical significance was observed in six variants(rs6789754,rs6765152,rs6789882,rs6789682,rs66883074 and rs55953689)about the discrepancies between case-control groups.Five main haplotypes were composed of these six variants.There was statistical difference between case-control groups about frequency of the haplotype G-C-A-C-TGTCAGTCCAAATT-A.Conclusion The study indicated that the haplotype of HTR3D gene,G-C-A-C-TGTCAGTCCAAATT-A,might associated with the risks of schizophrenia.
