摘  要:针对图像传感器像素尺寸接近物理极限,难以进一步提高的问题,提出片上编码超分辨率图像传感器。不同于计算视觉中的图像超分辨率任务,片上编码超分技术通过引入光学调控,提供了较为完备的理论依据与数学约束,更加适用于遥感、医学影像等对可解释性和置信度要求较高的领域。首先,构建了面向动态场景的波分复用测量模型和二维空间的三维空间表征与编解码方法。更进一步,基于有限等距性质理论证明了片上静态随机编码板的透过率在50%时,信息采样效率最大。最后,设计了CCD器件的专用编码电路组件,通过电子学验证的方式在室内和室外场景验证了片上编码超分辨率图像传感的可行性和有效性。As the pixel size of image sensors is approaching the physical limit,this study proposes an onchip encoded super-resolution image sensor.Unlike purely computational image super-resolution tech⁃niques,this approach integrates optical modulation to provide robust theoretical foundations and welldefined mathematical constraints.Consequently,it is particularly well-suited for fields that demand high levels of interpretability and confidence,such as remote sensing and medical imaging.This research con⁃structs a wavelength-division multiplexing measurement model for dynamic scenes and develops a threedimensional spatial representation and encoding-decoding method for two-dimensional space.Based on the restricted isometry property,our analysis demonstrates that the information sampling efficiency reaches its maximum when the on-chip static random encoding element achieves a transmittance of 50%.Finally,we design and evaluate a specialized encoding circuit component for CCD devices to validate the feasibility and efficacy of the proposed on-chip encoded super-resolution image sensing.This evaluation is conducted under both indoor environments and outdoor scenarios.
