摘　　要：目的:分析上海市两区社区医生提供高血压并发症高风险人群管理服务的意愿,为提高社区医生积极性、推进高血压并发症高风险人群管理提供参考。方法:于2022年7-9月,对上海市两区社区医生开展结构式问卷调查,定量分析社区医生提供各类高血压并发症高风险人群管理服务的意愿水平;于2022年7-10月,对社区医生、社区防保科人员、疾控中心慢病科人员开展访谈,定性分析社区医生提供各项高血压并发症管理服务的意愿情况。结果:调查对象对于提供高血压并发症高风险人群各项管理服务的意愿水平中等,平均分均低于4分,调查对象对于提供高血压并发症风险评估服务的意愿最低,开展健康管理服务的意愿最高,平均分分别为3.64、3.98分。访谈结果显示,社区医生对提供社区高血压并发症管理服务的意愿已有一定程度的提高,但总体意愿仍处于中等水平,医生对各项服务的提供意愿受政策要求、考核指标、个人认知及专业技术水平、患者配合程度等因素影响。结论:上海市两区社区医生提供高血压并发症高风险人群管理服务的意愿水平中等,不同服务项目之间提供意愿存在差距。应提高社区医生对管理高血压并发症高风险人群的重视程度,完善考核和激励机制,从组织保障和患者配合的角度共同提高社区医生积极性。Objective:To analyze the willingness of community doctors to provide services for the management of people at high risk of hypertensive complications in two districts of Shanghai,and to provide references for improving the motivation of community doctors and promoting the management of high-risk population of hypertensive complications.Methods:A structured questionnaire survey was conducted from July to September 2022 among community doctors in two districts of Shanghai to understand the willingness of community doctors to provide various types of hypertension complication management services for high-risk population,and interviews were conducted from July to October 2022 among community doctors,community prevention and protection personnel,and chronic disease department personnel of the center for disease control and prevention to understand the willingness of community doctors to provide various hypertension complication management services.Results:The respondents'willingness to provide services for people at high risk of hypertension complications was moderate,with a mean score of less than 4.The respondents had the lowest willingness to carry out risk assessment for hypertension complications and the highest willingness to carry out health management,with mean scores of 3.64 and 3.98,respectively.The results of the interviews showed that the willingness of the community doctors to provide services for hypertension complications management in the community had been increased to some extent,but the overall willingness was still at a moderate level.The willingness of doctors to provide various services was affected by policy requirements,assessment indicators,personal knowledge and professional skills and the degree of cooperation of patients.Conclusion:The willingness of community doctors to provide services for people at high risk of hypertension complications is at a moderate level,and there is a gap in the willingness to provide different services.There is a need to improve community doctors'awareness of man
