摘  要:贝氏体钢以高耐磨、高强韧性而著称,可以广泛应用于尖轨、辙叉、服役条件复杂的小曲线半径上。围绕贝氏体钢轨组织构成与服役性能之间关系,通过对合金体系设计、组织控制、气体含量和夹杂物控制以及铸坯弯曲等工艺研究,在抑制块状残余奥氏体及微量马氏体硬相生成基础上,获得稳定性能定贝氏体钢轨组织,显著提高断裂韧性、抑制疲劳裂纹的萌生和发展,完成了组织和强韧性稳定无碳化物贝氏体钢的试生产。Bainite steel is known for its high wear resistance and high toughness,and can be widely used in pointed rails,frog crossings,and small curve radii with complex service conditions.By studying the relationship between the microstructure composition and service performance of bainitic steel rails,including alloy system design,microstructure control,gas content and inclusion control,as well as casting billet bending,a stable and stable bainitic steel structure was obtained on the basis of suppressing the formation of residual austenite and trace martensite hard phases.This significantly improved fracture toughness,suppressed the initiation and development of fatigue cracks,and completed the trial production of carbide free bainitic steel with stable microstructure and strength.
